If you too are thinking about the same thing, then this article is a solution that you need. In my previous post, we had a conversation regarding how to create a free blog on Blogspot and set up SEO for Blogspot blogs.

In order to analyze your SEO efforts, you need to consider many things, like your bounce rate, traffic sources for your blog, type of traffic (organic, direct, social, reference etc), countries that your blog receives traffic from, ranking keywords, which particular page of your blog do your visitors visit first?, when do your visitors usually exit your page and a lot of other questions. The common answer to all these questions and queries is provided by Google analytics.

Using Analytics, you can easily find out where readers are coming from and what they’re looking at on your blog. So, Google analytics is an important SEO tool for website owners and if you can use it correctly, you can extract a lot of benefits from it.

What is Google Analytics?

Wikipedia defines Google analytics as a freemium web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic.

Google analytics is such a platform that collects data from your website and converts it into useful reports. It is a powerful tool for SEO analysis and with its assistance, a website/ blog owner can easily track their website report and get information and search behavior of their visitors.

Information is wealth and therefore, you need to be up to date regarding information in order to move ahead of your competitors. And by using this analytics tool of Google, you can derive a lot of such information that you can use to increase your search engine rankings.

That is why you need to set up Google Analytics in your blog. No need to worry, it will just take a few minutes for its proper installation and within 24 hours of the set-up, you can start tracking down your website report.

The alternative method of Using Google analytics for Blogspot blogs.

If you find that difficult or if you didn't find the place to enter your Google Analytics property ID, then you can use the following method to use Google analytics:
